Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

Each product page shows where the item ships from. Items from our US warehouse usually arrive within 3-7 business days after processing (4-10 business days total). Items from our overseas warehouse usually arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

FREE standard shipping on orders over $35
Flat $4.99 standard shipping on orders under $35
Large items (like our pop-up beach tent): $9.99 standard shipping, FREE on orders over $75

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show updates after you receive it.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
