How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. Large items (like our pop-up beach tent) ship for $9.99, or FREE on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to addresses within the United States only.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Items arriving damaged or defective are always covered. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are your toys safe for kids?
Please check each product's description for the recommended age range, and always supervise young children during play - especially around water.
